Training sessions are 30 minute circuits in a small group environment (3-5 people). This is small group training, giving the results of working closely with a trainer, at a more affordable rate. Monthly memberships are available.
We will offer a FREE week to let you try it out and see if it is right for you. You will fill out a health history form prior to any sessions. Please download the form and email it to us at gravityfxfitness@gmail.com before your first session if you have previous injuries, concerns, etc.
You will receive close supervision and instruction in a studio setting. We have specific programs for fat loss, flexibility/mobility, and strengthening/stability with an emphasis on your abs, low back, and hips - your body's "core."
Three sessions per week will help you see the necessary changes in your body, when combined with proper nutrition. We can also help you with "homework" to meet the needs of your busy lifestyle and allow you to exercise in between sessions with us.
